EXPERIENCE
Prior to my admission in court, I was a senior contracts
administrator for Santa Barbara Research Center, a subsidiary of Hughes Aircraft
Company. I was responsible for government contracts pertaining to Star Wars
programs. I entered private practice in Santa Fe, New Mexico working
primarily in litigation and handled criminal, tax, and civil cases. I
opened a law office in Arizona and handled a federal practice, including tax and
bankruptcy litigation, criminal, corporate and trust matters. Admitted
to the Supreme Court of Nevada in 1991 and relocated to Las Vegas and began practicing in
immigration matters.
